Refunds and Returns

Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All you need to do is let us know of your intention to withdraw from the contract via messaging or email (info@poliparts.net) and we will provide you with all the instructions. The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply if you have purchased products that are made to measure or personalized.

Returns

Returning the product to the sender is at your expense and under your responsibility and can be done using the courier of your choice. Within 14 days of your return notification, you must send us back the products intact, labeled and in their original packaging, if applicable (plastic bag or box depending on the type of item), enclosing the delivery document inside the package.

Reimbursement

Your return will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days from the moment we are informed of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until the goods arrive at our warehouse.

Change

If you have received a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible via the site messaging and we will provide you with instructions for a possible replacement or collection.

If the item you receive does not match what you ordered, please do not open the package and contact us.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@poliparts.net

Note

You are responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Therefore, if the returned goods are damaged (for example the authenticity label and the security seal, signs of wear, abrasion, nicks, scratches, deformations, etc.), not complete with all their elements and accessories (including labels and tags unaltered and attached to the product), not accompanied by the instructions/notes/manuals attached, the original packaging and wrapping and the warranty certificate, where present, you will be liable for the decrease in value of the goods, and you will be entitled to a refund of the amount equal to the residual value of the Product. To this end, therefore, you are invited not to handle the goods beyond what is strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the same and to cover the original packaging of the Products with other protective packaging that preserves their integrity and protects them during transport, including from writing or labels.
