How can I place an order?

Ordering online from POLIPARTS.NET is easy! When viewing an item, simply select the size and quantity you need, then click “Add to Cart”. You can review the items in your cart at any time by clicking the “Cart” icon in the upper right corner of any page. After reviewing the items in your cart, you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout and place your order.

Will I receive the same product I see in the picture?

Yes, all the images on the product page are real photos of the physical product, so the product you receive will be identical to the one shown in the descriptions and images. Before placing your order, please carefully check the compatible models and original reference codes in the product description to ensure that the product you purchased is suitable for your vehicle.

I just placed an order. Where is my confirmation email?

Please allow up to 2 hours for the confirmation email to arrive in your registered email address inbox. We recommend that you also check your junk/spam folder. If you do not receive a confirmation email within this time frame, simply contact our customer support team.

I can't place my order. What should I do?

If you continue to receive an error message during checkout, in most cases it is a problem with your credit card or a flaw in the billing or shipping address you are trying to use. To fix this error, try reformatting the names and addresses in your billing or shipping information. You can also try shopping in a new browser or using a different payment method like PayPal. If the error message continues to appear, please contact our customer support team.

How long does it take to receive my order?

The preparation of the order takes approximately 1-2 working days starting from the first working day following the date of registration of the purchase. Since it is an international shipment, delivery takes approximately 6-10 working days. The goods are shipped to the address indicated at the time of payment confirmation. Orders with delivery address correction by email and shipping addresses to PO boxes are not accepted. The tracking code is always loaded in every order and will also be communicated to you via email. If your package is found to be in storage, we will notify you and do everything in our power to overcome the impasse.

Where is my order? I haven't received it yet?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped containing tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folder as it may have been received there. For all orders, please allow 6-10 business days from the date of shipment for your package to arrive. Business days do not include weekends or national holidays and the delivery period excludes delays caused by the carrier itself.

My order tracking number is not showing any tracking updates. Where is it?

Tracking updates sometimes do not reflect the exact location of your package. Please allow plenty of time for your tracking to update as this may occur once your package reaches the delivery post office depot.

Refunds and Returns

Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code), as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21 of 2014, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without providing any explanation for a period of fourteen (14) days from the day you receive the products. All you need to do is notify us of your intention to withdraw from the contract via messaging, and we will provide you with all the relevant instructions. The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply if you have purchased custom-made or personalized products.
Returning the product to the sender is at your expense and under your responsibility and can be done using your preferred courier. Within fourteen (14) days of your return request (Article 57 of the Consumer Code), you must return the products intact, labeled, and in their original packaging, if applicable (plastic bag or box depending on the type of item), enclosing the delivery note inside the package.
Your return will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days from the time we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal. However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until the goods arrive at our warehouse, pursuant to Article 56 of the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21 of February 21, 2014.
If you have received a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible via the website messaging service and we will provide instructions for a possible replacement or collection.
If the item received does not match the order, please do not open the package and contact us.
You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Therefore, if the returned goods are damaged (for example, the authenticity label and security seal, signs of wear, abrasion, nicks, scratches, deformations, etc.), not complete with all their components and accessories (including unaltered labels and tags attached to the product), not accompanied by the accompanying instructions/notes/manuals, the original packaging and packaging, and the warranty certificate, if applicable, you will be liable for the diminished value of the goods and will be entitled to a refund equal to the residual value of the Product.
